Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Order + Production Lead Time

In stock items will ship in 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

We ship all rings via FEDEX 1-2 Day Priority Express.

If your order is a rush, please email hello@goodstoneinc.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Shipping

Signature is required upon delivery. GOODSTONE is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. GOODSTONE is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to GOODSTONE for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.


International Orders

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. GOODSTONE is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • GOODSTONE is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We do not offer returns, repairs, or resizing for orders outside of the US. 

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within Texas are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

 

At GOODSTONE, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind and confidence in your selection. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

General Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Orders Over $5,000: Loose gemstones, gemstones set in jewelry, or any items valued over $5,000 can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of readiness for pickup or shipment.

  • Orders Under $5,000: Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of readiness for pickup or shipment.

  • Comparison Orders: Ordering multiple diamonds for comparison is not permitted. Our experts are available to help you select the perfect diamond.

  • Gemstone Returns: Limited to one return or exchange per year. Subsequent diamond received from an exchange are final sale.

  • Grading Reports: Must accompany returns. Fees apply for missing or damaged reports and will be deducted from refunds.

  • International Orders: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders outside of the US. This applies to all fine jewelry.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed or modified jewelry, eternity rings, visibly worn jewelry, damaged items, altered/resized/engraved jewelry, improperly packaged returns, and items beyond the return window are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Process

  • Returns by Shipment: Must be shipped within the return window. We offer complimentary return shipping within the United States. 

  • Limitation: Each customer is limited to one eligible return per year.

  • Shipping Instructions: Returns must use our provided insured shipping label. Alternative shipping methods are not accepted.

Verification and Refund Process

  • Upon receipt, items will undergo a quality control inspection. Acceptable returns will be processed for a refund within approximately ten business days. Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For bank wire payments, a check will be mailed. Refunds may take one billing cycle to appear. Alternatively, store credit is available.

 

Repairs

Our lifetime guarantee includes repairs for all of our fine jewelry.* This includes ring resizing, metal maintenance, stone tightening, diamond setting and gemstone replacement*. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. 

* Does not include international orders 
* Free replacement for stones under .15ct.
